About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced LinkedIn Campaign Manager who can execute LinkedIn campaigns aligned to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies defined by the Marketing Head. This role demands strong execution rigor, deep comfort with data analysis and dashboards, and ownership of lead qualification and sales handover.
The ideal candidate understands how LinkedIn fits into an ABM-driven demand generation engine, and can translate campaign data into actionable insights that impact pipeline and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Campaign Execution (ABM-Focused)
- Execute LinkedIn ad campaigns aligned to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, target account lists, and ICPs
- Set up and manage campaigns using account-level targeting, persona-based segmentation, and funnel-stage messaging
- Own end-to-end campaign execution: targeting, creatives, budgets, bidding, tracking, and optimization
- Run A/B tests across creatives, messaging, audiences, and formats to improve engagement and conversions
Lead Management & Qualification
- Qualify inbound leads from LinkedIn campaigns as Hot / Warm / Cold based on ABM and MQL criteria
- Ensure seamless and timely handoff of qualified leads and engaged accounts to Sales
- Work closely with Sales to validate lead and account quality, improving MQL-to-SQL conversion
- Maintain accurate campaign attribution and lead/account data in CRM and marketing platforms
Data Analysis, Dashboards & Data Visualisation
- Analyse campaign and account-level performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Create and maintain dashboards tracking spend, CPL, engagement by account, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Use data visualisation to clearly communicate insights to Marketing and Sales stakeholders
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with clear recommendations
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work closely with the Marketing Lead to execute ABM and LinkedIn strategies with high precision
- Collaborate with Content, Design, and Sales teams to align messaging across the buyer journey
- Continuously refine campaign, reporting, and lead qualification processes to improve outcomes
Qualifications & Experience:
Core Skills
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads, Sales Navigator, B2B email campaigns and ABM
- Strong hands-on experience with Account-Based Marketing frameworks and execution
- Advanced skills in data analysis, dashboard creation, and data visualization
- Experience in lead qualification and structured Marketing-to-Sales handoff
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, account targeting, and lead gen forms
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Tools & Platforms: Must have hands-on experience with:
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar
- Data visualization working with PowerBI or similar Data visualization tool
- Reporting & dashboard tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
Requirements - Good to Have
- Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or Enterprise B2B marketing
- Experience running multi-region or global ABM campaigns
- Familiarity with full-funnel and pipeline-driven marketing metrics

Qualifications:
- Essential- Masters/ PGDBM/ Post Graduate
- Post Graduate Degree/ PGDBM or MBA from Tier1 / Tier 2 colleges across India
- Graduation with Commerce/ Maths/ Science/ Computer Science/ Economics concentrations
