About the Role:
As a Senior Manager – Solutions (Pre-Sales) at client, you will drive new business opportunities by showcasing client’s instructional design capabilities and crafting tailored solutions. You will engage with potential clients, understand their learning needs, develop compelling proposals, deliver impactful presentations, and manage client relationships. Creativity, a solution-first mindset, and proactive engagement are essential to enhance pre-sales effectiveness and drive client’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement & Presentations
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients, showcasing client’s innovative instructional design solutions.
- Understand client needs and craft customized solutions that address both explicit and implicit requirements.
2. Proposal Development & Management
- Create compelling, error-free proposals that effectively pitch client as the preferred partner.
- Maintain a well-organized repository of proposals, presentations, case studies, and success stories.
3. Collaboration & Alignment
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the marketing team to ensure alignment with client’s brand messaging.
- Regularly report on pre-sales performance metrics to executive leadership.
4. Innovation & Technology Adoption
- Embrace AI and other advanced technologies to enhance the pre-sales process and deliver innovative solutions to clients.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in pre-sales, instructional design (Enterprise Learning / Higher-Ed), or related fields.
- Proven track record of creating successful proposals and winning business deals is preferable.
- Mandate Skills: Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, Learning Strategy, Drafting Proposals, Presentation Skills
