About the Role:
We are seeking a Social Media Strategist who will independently plan, create, and manage impactful social media initiatives that strengthen brand presence, thought leadership, and demand generation. You will be responsible for developing platform-specific strategies, executing high-quality content, and driving measurable engagement across social channels aligned with business goals. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, copywriting excellence, analytics, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop platform-specific social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage monthly and quarterly content calendars across key platforms.
- Turn campaigns and marketing assets into engaging social stories.
- Leverage platform algorithms (especially LinkedIn) to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and video teams to create high-performing content.
- Write sharp, scroll-stopping copy for B2B and enterprise audiences.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and visual identity.
- Manage daily posting, comments, and inbox interactions.
- Support employer branding and leadership visibility initiatives.
- Track performance and share monthly insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and platform changes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduation with First Class or above in English, Mass Media, or related field.
- Expert-level proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- 3+ years of experience managing social media for a B2B brand, SaaS, EdTech, IT services company, or agency.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn-led B2B social strategy and platform best practices.
- Excellent copywriting skills with strong attention to clarity, structure, and messaging.
- Posting and managing content on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and YouTube.
- Social analytics tools such as Zoho Marketing Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and GA4.
- Reporting and dashboard tools such as Excel and Google Sheets.
- AI-based video/content tools such as Canva, Google Veo, or similar.
- Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or BuzzSumo.
- Good to have experience working with global audiences (US, Europe).
