About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Content Writer with 3+ years of B2B experience who can translate complex technology concepts into clear, compelling, and business-impact-driven narratives.
This is not a blog-writing role. This is an enterprise storytelling role.
You will create high-value assets such as whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, POVs, and thought leadership content that speak to senior decision-makers across industries. The ideal candidate combines structured thinking, strong research ability, consultative storytelling, and the maturity to work with SMEs and leadership stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
1. Enterprise Content Creation & Storytelling
- Develop high-quality B2B marketing assets including:
- Whitepapers (2,500–5,000+ words)
- Case studies (outcome-led)
- eBooks
- Solution briefs
- Industry POV articles
- Website solution pages
- Executive summaries
- Structure enterprise case studies using outcome-first storytelling:
- Client context
- Business challenge
- Technical intervention
- Architecture / approach
- Measurable business impact
- Translate complex topics such as AI, automation, digital transformation, SaaS platforms, learning technology, cloud modernization, and enterprise solutions into clear, business-relevant messaging.
- Write content tailored to enterprise personas including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CLOs, and senior decision-makers.
2. Research & Thought Leadership Development
- Conduct structured secondary research using credible industry sources.
- Interpret industry reports, technology documentation, and architecture inputs.
- Incorporate data, statistics, and market insights to build authority.
- Collaborate with SMEs, product teams, sales leaders, and executives to extract insights and convert them into compelling narratives.
- Develop thought leadership aligned with industry trends and client’s strategic positioning.
3. Content for Online Demand Generation & Sales Enablement Collaterals
- Create content aligned to buyer journey stages (Awareness → Consideration → Decision).
- Support ABM and email campaign initiatives with targeted messaging.
- Develop pitch-supporting narratives and sales enablement collateral.
- Repurpose long-form assets into derivative formats (emailers, landing pages, social posts, campaign snippets).
- Align content to revenue impact themes such as cost optimization, operational efficiency, scalability, and risk mitigation.
4. Optimization & Performance
- Apply SEO best practices in structure, keyword integration, and readability.
- Collaborate with SEO Manager to make use of highly searched keywords on a regular basis
- Use performance insights to refine content creation and content strategy.
- Ensure clarity, coherence, and consistency across all content in client’s online touchpoints.
- Inform SM Manager of latest updates to content
- Maintain enterprise-level editorial quality standards.
AI Usage & Originality Policy (Mandatory)
client supports responsible AI usage — but not AI dependency.
- Be capable of producing original, human-first drafts independently.
- Use AI tools only for:
- Ideation support
- Research acceleration
- Structural refinement
- Editing and polishing
- Show ownership of content- ability to think creatively on his/her own. Self review and then submit for manager’s approval
- Avoid submitting raw AI-generated content.
Demonstrate ability to:
- Reduce generic AI patterns
- Add domain nuance and proprietary insights
- Incorporate SME-driven perspectives
- Deliver content that does not receive high AI-detection scores in internal originality checks.
Original thinking, depth of understanding, and narrative maturity are non-negotiable.

- 3+ years of experience in B2B technical writing (SaaS, EdTech, IT services, consulting, or technology domains preferred).
- Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, business-focused language.
- Experience writing long-form whitepapers and structured case studies.
- Ability to write for enterprise and senior decision-maker audiences.
- Strong editing, proofreading, and formatting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and structured feedback loops.
Research & Analytical Capability
- Strong secondary research skills.
- Ability to interpret technical inputs and convert them into business outcomes.
- Familiarity with industry trends in AI, automation, cloud, SaaS, digital transformation, or platform modernization.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of B2B technical writing experience in domains such as SaaS, EdTech, IT services, consulting, or enterprise technology.
- Proven track record of creating long-form enterprise assets such as whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, and thought leadership articles.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts (AI, automation, cloud, SaaS platforms, digital transformation) into clear, business-impact-driven narratives for senior decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, CLOs, etc.).
- Experience collaborating with SMEs, product teams, and leadership stakeholders to develop structured, outcome-led content aligned with enterprise marketing goals.
